How do I apply for a job?

You can browse available jobs in the Jobs Section. Click Apply Now, read the job description carefully, and if interested, click Apply Now again. Complete the application form with accurate details and include the Job ID #.

How will I know if I’ve been selected?

If your application is selected, an agent from Mploy Team will contact you directly via phone call, email, or WhatsAppwith onboarding paperwork and instructions.

Can I apply for multiple jobs?

Yes. You may apply for multiple jobs and submit multiple portfolios. However, you can only be assigned to one active job at a time, and all deadlines must be met before you are eligible for a new assignment.

How do I get paid?

Payment is made after satisfactory completion of the job.

  • Payment Options: Direct Deposit or PayPal.

  • Note: Ensure your payment details are accurate to avoid delays.

Are current full-time employees allowed to apply for work-for-hire jobs?

Yes. Internal employees may apply for work-for-hire opportunities as long as it does not interfere with their regular work schedule. If employees are caught neglecting their assigned duties, necessary actions will be taken.

Are there restrictions on reposting Mploy Team job listings?

Yes. Other companies or individuals are not authorized to repost Mploy Team job postings. Companies seeking to hire talent can contact us directly or visit our Pricing Section to post jobs.

Is there a limit to the number of jobs a company can post?

No. There is no limit to the number of job postings a company can make.

How are candidates matched to jobs?

Candidates are matched based on:

  • Skills and qualifications listed in their profile.

  • Relevant work history and portfolios submitted.

  • Availability during required work hours.

  • Reliability and past performance (meeting deadlines, Time Doctor compliance, client satisfaction).

What is required of full-time employees?
  • Must be available during their assigned work hours.

  • Must use Time Doctor for time tracking.

  • Must meet all project deadlines.

How can I improve my chances of getting hired?
  • Complete your profile with accurate and updated information.

  • Tailor your resume and portfolio for each application.

  • Highlight specific skills relevant to the role.

  • Actively follow up on your applications.

What additional support is available for Virtual Assistants and Remote Workers?
  • Onboarding guides and training resources.
  • Transparent deadlines and job expectations.
  • A support team available for HR, IT, and onboarding questions.

Is Training mandatory?

For certain companies yes. For others if your performance is not up to standard you may be required to take a training. 

Passing scores for training test are between 75% - 80% depending on the company. 

Is my company’s information kept confidential?

Company website information is shared in the job posting, unless stated otherwise. 

Will I be notified if I’m selected for an interview?

Yes, a representative will contact you and after three unsuccessful attempts they will move on to other candidates. The jobs are first come, first serve. 

Can I upload multiple resumes or portfolios?

You can apply to multiple jobs and upload links for portfolios and resumes based on the jobs. 

How do I improve my chances of getting hired?

Complete your profile, tailor your resume for each job, and actively follow up on applications.

I ended a working relationship with a company on a bad note, can I apply for another company?

If there was an investigation and found that you were at fault, then no you would not be able to apply for another company.

How can I prepare for a job interview?

Is Training paid?

We provide training but training is not paid. Training sessions are to be completed prior to starting. Employees are expected to be prepared and capable for the job. 

I don't have much experience, can I still get the job?

Yes, we consider your resume, your portfolio, the way you pay attention to detail and your interview process. The America job markets are fast paced and detailed oriented so you must meet the standards.
