About the Role

Mploy Team, LLC is seeking an experienced Twilio Programmer with PHP expertise to design, develop, and implement a complete inbound and outbound calling system that integrates seamlessly with our CRM and business operations. This role is crucial to building a scalable, automated communication platform to support our staffing, real estate, e-commerce, and entertainment divisions.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in Twilio API development, understands advanced call routing, and can integrate multiple communication channels (voice, SMS, email, WhatsApp) into a single automated system.

Key Responsibilities

• System Development

  • Build a full-featured inbound and outbound calling system using Twilio APIs.

  • Configure call flows, IVR menus, voicemail, and SMS integrations.

  • Enable multi-number routing per company entity (real estate, staffing, e-commerce, etc.).

  • Implement automated bots for call handling, scheduling, and SMS follow-ups.

• Integration

  • Integrate Twilio with PHP-based CRM (Rukovoditel).

  • Ensure data syncing between Twilio and internal CRM entities (leads, clients, employees).

  • Build custom PHP scripts for notifications, task assignments, and call logging.

• System Optimization

  • Monitor call quality, uptime, and reliability.

  • Set up reporting for call analytics, lead conversion, and agent performance.

  • Provide scalable solutions that can expand across multiple companies.

• Support & Maintenance

  • Document workflows, APIs, and scripts for ongoing use.

  • Provide troubleshooting and ongoing technical support as needed.

  • Collaborate with internal IT and operations teams to refine processes.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in PHP with experience in custom backend development.

• Proven experience with Twilio API (Programmable Voice, SMS, WhatsApp, Flex).

• Experience integrating telephony systems with CRM platforms.

• Knowledge of call center design (inbound/outbound, IVR, call recording, analytics).

• Ability to develop automation scripts for notifications, scheduling, and reporting.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent documentation and communication abilities.

Preferred:

• Experience with Rukovoditel CRM or similar PHP/MySQL-based systems.

• Familiarity with AI-powered call routing and voice bot integration.

• Experience working on global teams with flexible hours.
