Mploy Team, LLC is seeking a dedicated Transaction Coordinator / Internal Sales Agent (ISA) to manage real estate acquisition and disposition transactions from contract to close. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple deals simultaneously while ensuring all timelines and deadlines are met.
The position blends transaction coordination with internal sales agent responsibilities, including client communication, monitoring customer blasts, managing AI/bot-assisted communications, and supporting the acquisitions and dispositions process.
Transaction Coordination
Manage real estate transactions from signed contract through closing.
Track key contract deadlines (inspection, appraisal, financing, contingencies).
Coordinate communication between buyers, sellers, agents, title/escrow, and lenders.
Request, review, and organize all required documentation.
Ensure compliance with state and company policies.
Provide clients with updates on transaction milestones.
Sales Support (ISA Duties)
Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and CRM messages.
Pre-screen leads and qualify buyers/investors for acquisitions and dispositions.
Schedule and confirm showings, inspections, and appraisals.
Monitor and optimize customer blasts, SMS/email campaigns, and bot activity.
Follow up with prospects, investors, and clients in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Operational Support
Assign tasks to team members and follow up on completion.
Provide status reports to management on transactions, leads, and marketing campaigns.
Update CRM and dashboards with live deal progress.
Collaborate with acquisitions and dispositions managers to ensure targets are met.
Required:
Experience as a Transaction Coordinator, Real Estate Assistant, or ISA.
Strong knowledge of real estate contracts and timelines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using CRM systems, email/SMS automation, and task tracking tools.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple transactions.
Comfortable handling customer blasts, AI/bot-driven outreach, and automated campaigns.
Preferred:
Prior experience in real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
Familiarity with U.S. real estate practices and documentation.
Knowledge of time-tracking tools (e.g., Time Doctor).
Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving mindset.

Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST)
Occasional flexibility for urgent deal deadlines.
